These terms govern your use of Economa during its public beta. They are intentionally short and will be expanded into a formal agreement before the product exits beta. Questions: info@netrails.net.
Economa is a personal finance tool provided "as is" by NetRails. During the beta period, features may change, data may occasionally be reset in development environments, and downtime may occur. Please keep your own backup export if you rely on the data.
The data you enter remains yours. You can export or delete it at any time. If you close your account, your financial data is deleted within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to retain limited records.
Receipt scanning and any other AI-assisted features are provided as conveniences. They can misread amounts, recipients or dates. Always review the extracted data before saving. Economa is not responsible for incorrect information that you accept without checking.
Economa shows balances, budgets and forecasts based on the data you provide. It is not a bank, not a financial advisor, and not a substitute for professional advice. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetRails' liability for the use of Economa is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months. During the free beta that amount is zero.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email to the address on file.
